In the Tantric cosmology, the whole universe is perceived as being created, penetrated and sustained by two fundamental forces, which are permanently in a perfect, indestructible union. These forces or universal aspects are called Shiva and Shakti.

Shiva och Shakti: En Metafor för Möten mellan Människor

Varje gång två människor möts, så är det som att två unika kemiska substanser blandas. Ibland skapas en magisk gnista, ibland är det bara en liten puff av rök, och ibland händer absolut ingenting.

Laila och Shay är varandras motsatser. Den ena är lite mystiskt och den andra var lite mer förutsägbar. En är stabil, lugn i sin närvaro, medan den andra är aktiv, kreativ energin. En är pålitlig och stabila och inger trygghet och säkerhet, medan den andra är den som ständigt förändras och förnyar, vilket skapar dynamik och utveckling. En fokuserar på den inre resan, på introspektion och meditation medan den andra är mer inriktad på yttre utforskning och handling. De är som eld och vatten, men ibland överraskar de och blir som tvillingar och du vet aldrig vem som är vem! Tillsammans skapar de en dynamik där stillhet och rörelse kompletterar varandra och ger balans och de inspirerar varandra att både reflektera inåt och agera utåt.

De möttes för många år sedan och deras möte har alltid varit fyllda av energi och spänning. Lika väl som den tysta förståelsen alltid funnits mellan dessa två energier har deras möte även präglats av missförstånd. Men även dessa kollisioner har gett upphov till skratt och lärdomar. För när två passionerade själar och yogalärare möts och börjar presentera sina åsikter är det som att titta på en eldshow. Orden sprutar som gnistor, och även om det kan hetta till ordentligt, så finns det alltid en respekt och förståelse för varandras eld. Samtidigt så kompletterar de varandra och en vacker dans uppstår. De har co-teach vid flera tillfällen och rört sig i perfekt harmoni, de lyfter varandra och skapar något större tillsammans än de någonsin kunde gjort själva.

Varje interaktion är unik och bidrar till vår personliga utveckling och förståelse för världen. Så när du kommer till denna klass, tänk på vilken dynamik vi skapar tillsammans som en grupp - för din närvaro spelar roll – det kan vara början på en fantastisk resa!

Under dessa två timmar av co-teaching - blir det samtal, pranayama, asanas, meditation, interaktion. You actually never know how it will be! But I am sure it will be fun!

Every time two people meet, it's like two unique chemical substances are mixed. Sometimes a magical spark is created, sometimes it's just a little puff of smoke, and sometimes absolutely nothing happens.

Laila and Shay are each others opposites. One is a bit mysterious and the other was a bit more predictable. One is stable, calm in its presence, while the other is active, creative energy. One is reliable and stable and instills security and safety, while the other is the one that constantly changes and innovates, creating dynamism and development. One concentrated on the inner journey, on introspection and meditation while the other is more focused on outer exploration and coping. They are like fire and water, but sometimes they surprise and become like twins and you never know who is who! Together, they create a dynamic where stillness and movement complement each other and provide balance, and they inspire each other to both reflect inwardly and act outwardly.

They met many years ago and their meeting has always been filled with energy and excitement. As well as the silent understanding has always existed between these two energies, their meeting has also been marked by misunderstandings. But even these collisions have given rise to laughter and lessons. Because when two passionate souls and yoga teachers meet and start presenting their views, it's like watching a fire show. The words fly like sparks, and although it can get really hot, there is always a respect and understanding for each other's fire. At the same time, they complement each other and a beautiful dance occurs. They co-teach on several occasions and move in perfect harmony, they lift each other up and create something bigger together than they could ever do alone.

Each interaction is unique and contributes to our personal development and understanding of the world. So when you come to this class, think about the dynamic we create together as a whole group - because your awareness matters - it could be the start of an amazing journey!

During these two hours of co-teaching - there will be conversation, pranayama, asanas, meditation, interaction. You never know how it will turn out! But I'm sure it will be fun!
